1 lb. crab lump
½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 large or 2 small eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
(Optional: 1 teaspoon dry mustard.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs, egg, mayonnaise and seasonings. Add crab and mix gently and thoroughly.
If too dry, add a little more mayonnaise. If not holding together, add more bread crumbs.

Cook in frying pan in just enough butter to prevent sticking, until brown. About 5 minutes on each side. Should yield 6 crab cakes.
