1 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 c. coconut
3 boxes instant vanilla pudding, prepared
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine flour, melted butter and brown sugar. Add coconut. Spread mixture in 9 x 13 x 2 glass baking dish. Place in oven until browned, stirring often. Remove from oven and cool. Reserve some to sprinkle on top. Spread remaining evenly on bottom of dish to form crust.

Spread vanilla pudding over cooled toasted coconut crumb crust. Top with a layer of Cool Whip. Sprinkle toasted coconut crumbs on top. Chill.
