Happy Birthday! -
Like most Italian families, shared fun time is always surrounded by food. Our family is no different. Our great grandmothers, grandmothers & mothers always laid out a feast. I, unfortunately, was absent when that particular gene was handed down. Luckily, I had a great aunt who taught me the secret for Chinese Noodles which I think you sampled last year. So that's the 'recipe' I'm passing on.
