1/2 lb. butter
4 heaping tbs. powdered sugar
1 tbs. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 c/ flour

Powdered sugar for coating cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order.
Drop by tsp. onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for about 10 min.

Cool on a wire rack.
Once cool, place a few cookies into a plastic bag of powdered sugar and shake to coat.
Store in an air-tight container.

This is one of our favorite cookies to have at Christmas time! They are delicious and a wonderful treat with a cup of tea or coffee!
