1 stick butter, softened
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Olives

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cheese, mix flour with salt and cayenne and stir into butter/cheese mixture. Chill dough. Use about 1 tsp. dough to cover a small olive. Put on flat plate or cookie sheet and freeze. Can keep in a plastic bag in the freezer and bake as wanted or bake immediately at 350º F for about 10 minutes.
