2 chocolate cookie rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Press one of the cookie rolls into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix filling ingredients and pour over dough. Crumble second roll of dough over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
