3/4 Cup Butter Flavored Shortening
1 1/4 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Milk
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1 3/4 Cups Flour
3/4 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Egg
Directions:
Directions:
Combine Shortening, Brown Sugar, Milk & Vanilla in Large Mixing Bowl. Beat at Medium Speed Until Well Blended. Beat in Egg. Add Flour, Salt and Baking Soda. Mix into Creamed Mixture, Stir in Chocolate Chips. Drop by Teaspoonful 3 inches apart on Cookie Sheet.
Bake at 375º for 8 - 10 Minutes for Chewy Cookies or 11 - 13 Minutes for Crisp Cookies.
