16SLICES WHITE BREAD, CRUSTS REMOVED
SLICES OF CANADIAN BACK BACON OR HAM
SLICES OF CHEDDAR CHEESE
6 EGGS
1/2TSP SALT
1/2TSP PEPPER
½ - 1TSP DRY MUSTARD
1/4C MINCED ONION
1/4C CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
1-2TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
3C MILK
DASH OF TABASCO
1/4C BUTTER
CORNFLAKES, CRUSHED

Directions:
In a 9 x 13 buttered, glass baking dish put 8 slices of bread. Add pieces of ham and cheese to cover the bread. Cover with other 8 slices of bread so it looks like a sandwich. In a bowl beat eggs, salt and pepper. Add mustard, onions, green peppers sauce, milk and tabasco. Pour over the sandwiches. Cover and place in fridge over night. In the morning melt butter and pour over the top and cover with the crushed cornflakes. Bake 1 hour at 350F . Let rest for 10 min. before serving. Serve with fresh fruit or cinnamon buns.
