2 8-oz pkg. cream cheese
1 small can chopped olives
1 jar of dried beef, chopped into small pieces
1 small can mushrooms and stems, chopped
4 - 6 small green onions, sliced finely down to within one inch into the white area of the onion. Don't use the head or much of the white area of the onion.
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans.

Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Add all ingredients, except for the pecans, and mix together well. Form into a ball. Spread the finely chopped pecans on cutting board. Pour out the balled up cream cheese mixture and roll over the pecans till well coated. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve with crackers.
