Ingredients:  
1 lb butter, softened
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
4 cups flour
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups finely chopped pecans (8 oz)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together until well blended. Add yolks one at a time and beat well. Add the flour, vanilla and pecans and mix until well blended.
Drop by heaping teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm
