2/3 cup sugar
1 cup softened butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. rum extract
2 tsp. pineapple extract
2 1/4 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix sugar, butter, egg, salt, and extracts. Beat well until mix is light and fluffy. Add flour and beat for 2 to 3 minutes. Press dough through a spritz cookie press into the shape of flowers. If you wish to decorate with yellow sugar before baking. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
