1 box lemon supreme cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. chopped nuts, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and lemon juice in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add nuts. Shape into one-inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 6 to 7 minutes. Cool one minute on baking sheet. Remove to cooling rack. Sift powdered sugar over top when cooled.
