3 Egg yolks - keep whites for meringue
1 cup Sugar
1 Lemon – juiced
1 cup Water
2 Tbsp Corn Starch
Directions:
Directions:
Cook all over medium heat until thick – Pour into baked pie crust and make meringue and bake until meringue is light brown. How do you make meringue? Beat egg whites and 5 Tbsp sugar until peaks form. Bake at 350º until light brown.
