PREPARATION OF CUCUMBERS
cucumbers [just enough so they are covered with the water mixture]
1 tsp. salt
water
DRESSING FOR CUCUMBERS
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
onion rings [varies depending on family's taste]
2 ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soak cucumbers in water and 1 tsp. salt for a couple of hours
2. Drain off salt and water
3. Mix the vinegar, sugar and onion rings
4. Pour the vinegar mixture over the drained cucumbers
5. Place 2 ice cubes in this and set in the fridge to chill
