1 unbaked 9" deep dish pie shell
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter softened
1 c. Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325º
Beat eggs in large mixing bowl on high speed till foamy. Beat in flour and sugar. Add butter. Stir in chips. Spoon in shell. Bake 55-60 minutes. until knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean. Cool on rack.

I have made a lot of these in my life. It is quick, easy, and a delicious dessert!
If using frozen pie shells, thaw completely and bake on baking sheet, increasing baking time slightly.
Serve with ice cream.
Can omit nuts and add 1/2 c. chocolate chips
