1 lb. stew beef (I use sirloin tips)
2 lb. potatoes
1 lb. carrots
medium size yellow turnip
3 stalks of celery, chopped
1 small onion, diced
1 15 1/2 ounce can of tomato soup
season to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil beef until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Skim surface of liquid before adding vegetables.

Add all vegetables and bring to boil, lower heat and simmer until vegetables are fork tender.

Add tomato soup and stir. Simmer util desired consistency.
