4Cups of Flour
4Tsp Baking powder
1Tsp Salt
1/2 C Butter/Margarine
1 1/2 C Sugar
2 Eggs Unbeaten
1 C Milk
4 C Blueberries Fresh or Frozen

Crumb Topping
1 C Sugar
1/2 C Flour
1Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 C Butter/Margerine

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Butter and Sugar. Add Eggs, and Milk Beat until Smooth. Add dry ingrediants Mix Well. Fold in Blueberries

Spread Batter into greased and floured 9x13 Pan

Mix Topping ingredients cut in butter until course crumbs, sprinkle over top of batter.

Bake at 300º until Tooth pick inserted comes out clean

There was not a note on recipe for how long to bake used an aprox. time please keep an eye at the 40min mark as most cakes call for 350 degrees it does take a little longer to bake. I would also recommend tossing the Blueberries with some flour as it will stop them from sinking in the batter and they will be less juicy and mushie. I have also substituted 1/2 c of the sugar in the crumble topping with 1/2 c of brown sugar if you want to give that a try YUM!!!
