2 pkgs. cherry Jello
1 can cherries (not pie filling, just cherries)
1 1/2 c. sugar
juice of 2 oranges
juice of 1 lemon
1 can crushed pineapple (any size)
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Topping
8 oz. cream cheese
2 T. sugar
1 T. milk
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Cinnamon (for dusting)

Directions:
Directions:
Save the juice from all the fruits. Combine fruit juices (cherry, orange, lemon, pineapple) and sugar. Must be 4 cups of juice; add water or more juice to make 4 cups. Cook to a boil.

Dissolve Jello in the hot juice. Add pineapple, cherries and 1/2 c. chopped pecans. Pour into mold or dish.

When set, spread softened cream cheese (mixed with 2 T. sugar and 1 T. milk) on top. Sprinkle over 2 T. chopped pecans and dust with cinnamon.
