10 lbs. Hamburger
1- 40.5 ounce can Great Northern White Beans
2 - 40.5 ounce can dark red kidney beans
1 - 6 lb. 14oz. can light red kidney beans in sauce
2 cans Campbell's tomato soup
1- 6oz. can tomato paste
3 quarts of canned stewed tomatoes from garden
5 medium onions
2 large heads of garlic
1 large whole stalk of celery (cut in pieces)
1/4 cup ketchup
3 oz. chili powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
Seasonings: pepper, garlic salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, ground red pepper

Directions:
In a large chili pot: Place stewed tomatoes, tomato soup & 2 cans of water in pot & simmer. Place Northern Beans in blender & blend until beans become a thick liquid, pour in pot. Rinse blender with water (1/2 blender of water), blend & pour into pot. Place celery in blender, blend & pour mixture into pot. Place onions & garlic in blender, blend, & add to pot.

Continue to simmer while cooking hamburger. Brown hamburger in large skillet, add seasonings above, cook, then drain. Increase temperature of chili mixture to medium

Add hamburger, chili powder, brown sugar & tomato paste to chili mixture.
Add red kidney beans & ground red pepper to mixture for heat. Bring to a boil & cook for 1 1/2 hours. Let sit & rest for several hours or next day to enhance flavors.
