1 cup margarine
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
4 1/2 cups flour
pineapple filling
Directions:
Directions:
mix margarine, brown sugar and eggs, add sour milk and mix well, stir in vanilla, salt, soda and cinnamon, add flour and mix well, drop a tsp of dough on cookie sheet, place a tsp of your favorite pineapple filling on top, place another tsp of dough on top of filling
bake at 375º about 10 to 12 mins. or until light brown
