Ginger-Lemon Oatmeal Cookies
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 Tbsp grated ginger
1 Tbsp grated lemon zest
1 Tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp salt
1 cup oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup TLC

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugars together until fluffy. Add the ginger, zest, vanilla and egg, mix well. Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Spoon dough onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
