11/4 c. Flour
1/2 c. Butter( 1 stick), softened
1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. Butterscotch chips
1/2 c. Milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. Mimi marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl measure first 7 ingredients . With mixture at low speed, beat until well blended. Stir in the chips.
Preheat oven to 375. Drop mixture by Tablespoon 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes.
Remove cooki e sheet from oven, lightly press 2 or 3 marshmallows into center of each cookie.
Bake cookies 2minutes longer or until cookies are golden and marshmallows are slightly melted.
