1 C. butter
2 C. sugar
2 eggs
1 C cocoa
2 C flour
1 t. baking soda
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar in electric mixer. Add eggs and cocoa using low speed and mix well. Add soda and salt and mix by hand until blended. Using two teaspoons, form dough into balls about the size of walnuts and place 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Flatten cookie balls with a fork and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 350º for about 10 minutes. Yield 50 cookies
