2 lbs. fruit mix
2 c. coconut
2 c. broken pecans
1 can sweetened condensed milk
¾ c. plain flour
¼ ssp. Salt
2 beaten egg whites

Directions:
Mix first four ingredients. Add flour, salt, mix. Add egg whites. Mix well. Mini cupcake pans bake 300 degrees for 30 minutes. For loaf, bake longer.
