4 LARGE EGGS
4 TSP VANILLA
1 TSP SALT
8 CUPS FLOUR
ONE BATCH MAKES ABOUT 5 DOZEN COOKIES

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

BEAT BUTTER SUGAR AND EGGS TIL
CREAMY
ADD VANILLA AND SALT
FOLD IN FLOUR
CHILL WELL ABOUT 4-6 HOURS
REMOVE FROM REFRIGERATOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES BEFORE BAKING
ROLL A LARGE BALL ONTO A FLOURED SURFACE ABOUT 1/4 INCH THICK
DO NOT ROLL TOO THIN COOKIES WILL BURN AND BREAK EASILY
CUT OUT USING DESIRED SHAPES
REUSE ALL PIECES UNTIL GONE
BAKE 12-15 MIN TTL GOLDEN COOL AND FROST
