4 Quarts peeled Chopped tomatoes
2 Cups Chopped Onions
2 Cups Sweet Red Peppers
1 Hot Red Pepper
1 Cup Sugar
3 Tbs Salt
3 Tbs mixed Pickling Spices
1 Tbs Mustard Seed
1 Tbs Celery Seed
2 1/2 Cups Apple cider Vingar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes,onions, sweet and hot red peppers, sugar and salt gently cook 45 minutes. Tie spices in a cheese cloth bag add to tomatoe mixture. Cook until very thick
about 45 minutes. As mixture thickens stir frequently to prevent sticking, add vinegar cook slowly until mixture is as thick as you want.

Pour into jars and process for 45 minutes in waterbath
