3 c. rolled oats
1 c. coconut
6 T. cocoa powder
½ tsp. salt
8 T. butter
2 c. sugar
½ c. milk
½ tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine oats, coconut, cocoa powder, and salt in mixing bowl; mix well. In a saucepan, mix butter, sugar, and milk; bring to a boil for 2 minutes (no longer). Add vanilla, mix in, and pour over oat mixture. Stir only long enough to blend well. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. Let stand to cool. Makes about 4 doz.
