2 12 ounce pkgs. of butterscotch or chocolate bits
1 large can of shoestring potatoes
1 large can of cocktail peanuts
3 or 4 cups of mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butterscotch or chocolate chips
2. Add peanuts, shoestring potatoes and marshmallows, mix thoroughly
3. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper
4. When firm, remove from wax paper and store in refrigerator

Many substitutions can be made - use your imagination.
For Christmas I use white chocolate bits and as soon as I've spooned out the cookies I shake red and green sprinkles on them while they are still soft.
Other kinds of nuts can be substituted.
