½ c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs beaten into above
1 tsp. rose water
pinch of cinnamon
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. soda in 2 T. hot water
1 T. caraway seeds
2 ¾ to 3 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add beaten eggs.
Add rose water. cinnamon. salt. soda in hot water. and caraway seeds.
Add flour (being very cautious in adding the last ½ cup).
Dough needs to be the right consistency for use in cookie press.
Place in cookie press. Use a plate with large openings. Seeds will clog small openings.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350°F (325-350) about 8 minutes.
