Ingredients:  
2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1-2 T. chili powder
2-3 t. ground cumin
½ t. salt
4 flour tortillas
1 can (10 ¾ oz.) Cream of Mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. In skillet, brown beef and onion until meat is done, drain.
2. Add beans, chili powder, cumin and salt.
3. Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
4. Arrange tortillas over the top of meat mixture.
5. Combine soup and tomatoes, pour over tortillas.
6. Sprinkle with cheese.
7. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
