1 cup shortening
3 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp grated orange peel (or use orange extract)
2 ½ cups flour
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Mix first six ingredients together, then add all dry ingredients. Using a cookie press, press dough 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Decorate if desired. Bake at 350º for 9 – 12 minutes.
