13 oz. can of evaporated milk
3 lbs. of ground beef
2 c. oatmeal (Quick-Minute style)
2 eggs
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

Sauce:
2 c. Ketchup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine top ingredients together and shape into meatballs.
Place into baking dish.

Heat all of the SAUCE ingredients together until dissolved.
Pour over meatballs.

Bake for 1 hour at 350ºF.
