3 egg whites
2/3 cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp grated lemon rind
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven at 400 degrees.
Beat egg whites with folk.
Stir in oil, vanilla and rind.
Blend in sugar until mixture is thicken.
Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and blind together

Drop by teaspoonful about 2 inches apart on ungressed cookie sheet.
Flatten with oiled bottom glass dipped in sugar.
Bake 8 -10 minutes
Remove from baking sheet immediately
