Ingredients:  
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 & 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar till fluffy
Add eggs and vanilla, almond extract
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, whisk together and add to egg/butter mix

Chill the dough for few hours or overnight
Drop 1 tsp of batter on a cookie sheet, press down with wet paper towel (over a glass)
Bake 5 min or more till done
at 375 º
