1/2 c shortening (butter or margarine)
1/8 tsp salt
1 c boiling water
1 c sifted flour
3 eggs (1 at a time)

Bring butter salt and water to boil, add sifted flour and 1 egg at a time till pulls away. Drop by tsp onto lined cookie sheet.

1st 450 degrees for 20 minutes
then 350 degrees for 20 minutes.


Let cool and cut off tops - remove any moist insides of cream puff. Make and fill with Watkins coconut cream filling mixed with drained crushed pineapple. Dust with confectionery sugar.
