1 1/2 ob Ground beef
3/4 C Oatmeal
1/4 C Chopped Onion (Fine
1 Beaten Egg
1 C Mild or Tomato Juice
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper

TOPPING:
6 TBSP brown sugar
1/2 C ketchup
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 TBSP Dry mustard
Directions:

1 1/2 ob Ground beef
3/4 C Oatmeal
1/4 C Chopped Onion (Fine
1 Beaten Egg
1 C Mild or Tomato Juice
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Mix well and place in an ungreased casserole dish.

TOPPING: I at least double the topping.
6 TBSP brown sugar
1/2 C ketchup
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 TBSP Dry mustard
Mix and poor over the top of the meat.
Bake 1 Hour @ 350º
