3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup rice krispies
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped walnut
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
2 eggs
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs. Mix flour,salt,baking soda and cream of tar tar and add to butter mix. Add vanilla and oil and mix well. Fold in remaining ingredients.

Use large cookie scoop.

Bake at 325 in convection oven for 5 min then turn and bake another 5 min.

Makes about 30 cookies.
