Creamed Mixture

1/2c Crisco All-Vegetable Oil
3/4c Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
1 1/4c Firmly packed light brown sugar
3 tbsp. Milk
1 tbsp. Vanilla

1 Egg

Dry Mixt
1 3/4c Flour
3/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp Baking Soda

Directions:
Heat oven 375

Placed wax paper on counter for cooling

Combine all the creamed mixture ingredients in a large bowl
Beat at medium speed with electric mixer

Add Egg

Beat until well blended

Add dry mixture portions, into creamed mixture at a low speed

Mix until blended

Drop by heaping teaspoonfulls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly and criss cross a pattern with a fork.

Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes, or slightly brown

Don't overbake
Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet
Remove cookies to wax paper to cool
