1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 cup corn oil (or oleo)
1/2 cup.Sugar Twin
1 egg, beaten
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup cereal flakes (any kind)

Sift together dry ingredients. Beat together the oil, Sugar Twin and beaten egg. Add the flour mixture and applesauce. Mix well. Add the raisins, nuts and cereal. Bake at 350º.
