Melt over low heat:
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand Condensed milk

Mix:
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour

then add:
3 cups oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1/2 to 2/3 batter in greased 9" X 13" pan and pat smoothly. Pour fudge filling over and dot with remaining batter or crumble on top. Bake 350* for 30 - 35 minutes.
