3 1/2-4 lbs. of hamburger
2 cups of dry rice
7-8 cloves of garlic
2 medium onion
1 large & 1 small can of tomato soup
1 can of water (1/2 liquid in pan, ½ liquid pour over peppers)
15 green peppers
Pepper, garlic salt, Italian seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up garlic and onions in blender-add a small amount of water, blend until creamy

Cook rice until tender (put a small amount of olive oil in water so that it does not stick)

Divide rice in half, pour in creamed garlic/onion mixture, season with pepper, garlic salt and Italian seasoning

Put ½ hamburger in rice mixture
Add pepper and garlic salt

Put the rest of the rice on top and then the rest of hamburger

Add a small amount of pepper, salt, & Italian seasoning, top with parsley
Mix well

Stuff peppers with mixture and put upright in roster
Wrap any extra mixture in foil and put in roaster
Scatter extra chopped pepper pieces from tops in roster

Put a spoonful of tomato soup on each pepper then pour the rest of soup in roster
Add 1 can of water

Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees
