1 1/2 cup raw rice (Uncle Ben's)
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 whole chicken cup up with skin
1 pkg dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix, shake well so it is mixed up.
1 soup can of milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine: rice, milk and both soups together in a 9 x 13 glass pan stir completely. Place raw chicken skin side up. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top. Cover with foil for 2 hours. Uncover last 20 minutes to brown.

If you use boneless chicken the chicken may get done before the rice and in half the time. To avoid this use chicken breasts with rib meat.
