1 2/3 cups plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 12 oz. pkg.Nestle white chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. salt
¾ cups butter
1 ½ cup macadamia nuts
¾ cups packed brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
Beat butter, brown sugar,sugar and vanilla in larger mixing bowl until creamy.
Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips and nuts.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet. (Can cover with parchment paper. They won't stick and will brown nicely.)
Bake in 350º oven for 8-11 mins. until lightly brown.
Cool on baking sheet 10 mins, then move to wax paper to cool.
