1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3-4 bananas (ripe)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, vanilla, eggs, oil. Stir in flour, soda and sugar. Mash up and add bananas an stir. Pour in ungreased loaf pan and top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350º for about 45 mins. If you like it moist make sure to use 4 bananas and only bake 35 mins.
