2 c flour
2 c white sugar
1/4 c cocoa
2 sticks margarine
1 c water
4 eggs, beaten
1 c sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
3 oz pkg "instant" chocolate pudding
1 12 oz pkg chocolate chips

Frosting:
6 Tbs butter
4 Tbs milk
3/4 lb (or more if needed) powdered sugar
3 Tbs cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and cocoa and set aside.

Put butter and water in saucepan and bring to boil.

Add to flour mixture, stirring well.

Add eggs, sour cream, soda, vanilla, pudding and chocolate chips, mixing well.

Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.


Frosting:
Place butter and milk in saucepan and heat until smooth. Mix powdered sugar and cocoa. Add to butter mixture and stir until smooth.
