Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
1 cup oatmeal (quick or old fashion)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup margarine-room temp
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350 degrees
Mix flour, oats, baking powder
Beat butter, sugars, peanut butter, egg, vanilla until well blended.
With mixer low speed gradually add flour mixture until blended
Stir in Chocolate Chips
Drop tablespoon dough on non-greased cookie sheet. ( I use parchment paper)
Bake 13-15 min
Cool 2-3 minuets before removing.

Note: I make double batch as they do not last long.
