1 cup butter softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups oats
Directions:
Directions:
Cream first 4 ingredients
Add all but oats-mix well
Stir in oats
Refrigerate until firm
Roll to desired thickness
Cut out using cookie cutters

350º 10-12 minutes
cool on wire rack-decorate with frosting and sprinkles
