Mix Together Well:
6 c Apples
1 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 c Sugar

Topping (cut together till coarse):
1/2 c Butter
1 c Flour
1/2 c Brown Sugar

Single Crust:
1 1/4 c Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 c Shortening
3-4 T cold water

Double Crust:
2 c Flour
1 tsp Salt
2/3 c Shortening
6-7 T cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Cut together crust ingredients then roll out on flour surface. Place in pie pan & add filling.

Add topping/double pie crust.

Bake for 40-60 minutes. Put a little foil around crust edge to prevent burning.
