3/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup Minute Rice
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup raisins
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and salt to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover. remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Blend milk and egg yolk together and stir into rice. Add sugar, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter. Mix well and bring to a boil. Stir constantly. Cover and remove from heat. stir before serving.
