3 c tomato juice or V-8
2 tbs lemon juice
3 tbs vinegar (apple cider)
salt and pepper to taste
3 envelopes plain gelatin
1-3/4 c cold water
5 tbs sugar
2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
dash of Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small saucepan. Place over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin dissolves, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour into mold. Chill until firm.
